Sauna and cold plunge in Porthcawl — prices and what to expect
Short answer: Invigorate, at Portway Wellness Centre on The Portway, runs a stone sauna and cold plunge you can book by the session. A standard 50-minute session is £20, and there are packs and monthly memberships if you go regularly.

What a session is like
You book a 50-minute slot. Inside there's the stone sauna, the cold plunge, showers and changing, plus massage guns to use afterwards. Most people move between the heat and the cold at their own pace — there's no set routine you have to follow.
What to bring
Swimwear, a towel and a bottle of water. Sessions run in hourly slots through the day, so pick a time that suits you on the booking page.
Is it right for me?
Hot and cold sessions aren't for everyone. If you're pregnant, have a heart condition or high blood pressure, or have any other health condition, check with your GP before you book.

No. You can book a single session, buy a pack of 5 or 10, or join a monthly club if you'll go every week.
